Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyUstadia website, course-generation service, and API. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

The service is provided by MYUSTADIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17251967), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("MyUstadia", "we", "us").

The service

MyUstadia turns sources you provide (such as a URL, PDF, or slide deck) into branded, multi-module video courses with slides, narration, study notes, and quizzes. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account or API key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

AI-generated content

The service uses artificial intelligence to generate course content. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all generated content before use. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Your content, warranty, and indemnity

You keep ownership of the sources you submit and the courses generated for you, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process your sources and deliver the service. You confirm you have all rights to the materials you upload, that they infringe no third-party rights and break no law, and you agree to indemnify MYUSTADIA LTD against claims arising from your content or your use of the service.

Customer data and data protection

Where you upload personal data about your own learners or third parties, you are the controller and we act as your processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms for business customers. See also our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The MyUstadia platform, software, and brand are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the service.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice for future billing periods. Taxes may apply.

Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless a separate service-level agreement is signed, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including AI and hosting providers. We are not liable for disruption caused by those providers.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyUstadia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

General

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation or sale. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with any agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between us.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separately signed agreement provides otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
